Detox to Retox! Dry Brushing

I love Autumn and am sure it’s one of your favorite season too.

But with beautiful Autumn comes numerous skin problems like Dry skin, rough and cracked hands, dehydrated & wrinkly face 😦

Thought there are plenty of ways to tackle Autumn skin issues; Dry skin brushing is one of the best and cheapest way to exfoliate your dull and dead skin.

Ever since I discovered about skin brushing, I can vouch for it.

Exfoliation is the most important & crucial parts of a beauty regimen. It rejuvenates and energizes your skin and helps to improve blood circulation.

I have been dry brushing since few months and already in love with the wonderful benefits.

Here’s why and how to Dry Skin Brush 🙂

Why to Dry Brush?

We know that skin is the largest organ of human body thru which you can dispose the waste accumulated in your system. When you dry brush it unclogs/ opens the pores; helps to throw away the harmful toxins and thus helps in lymphatic cleansing.

It is extremely important to detox regularly for fit and healthy body.
Dry Brushing is the best way to  Detox and rejuvenate.

Dry Brushing helps to reduce cellulite and minimize the fine lines and wrinkles leaving the skin velvety soft and smooth.

How  to Dry Brush?

Dry Brushing can be done once a day preferably before going to shower in the morning, you just need to spend 5 to 10 minutes on it.

All you need is a good quality brush with long handle or loofah.
Move the brush in long and upward strokes on the whole body and repeat it several times.
Make sure to use soft bristles and be gentle while dry brushing the face, as the face skin is sensitive and delicate.

After you dry brush and shower, don’t forget to apply moisturizer.

So is your skin Autumn ready ? 🙂

Cheers !
J ♥
