I have been running since last few months & have experienced amazing benefits of Running.
Apart from the fact that running is the most inexpensive way to lose those extra pounds and maintain a healthy weight; there are lots of significant benefits to motivate you to grab your sneakers and hit the pavement.
1.Little Sunshine and Fresh oxygen
It is believed that Sunshine gives strength and Vitality and We know that Vitamin D comes from Sun.
Morning’s has got cleanest oxygen and is the best thing your skin could ask for. Give your skin a chance to breath.
Outdoor Run is excellent way to get your daily dose of Sunshine Vitamin & some fresh air.
2. Helps to reduce stress and anxiety
Had a bad day at work or in general ?
Exercise is the best way to a healthy and a stress free positive mind.
Running instantly lifts your mood and makes you feel good about yourself.
That feeling after a good run can be best described as euphoric or ecstatic.
I feel genuinely happy when I am on my jogging track 🙂
I’ve been watching you ..Sweat till you can’t sweat no more..

When you run, you sweat. Deep sweating helps your body detox as toxic waste is thrown out of your system thru your skin;
This is rarely possible in a air conditioned gym.
And after a good Run that glow which you get on your face is totally worth it.
So Yay ! Good things come to those who wait sweat 🙂
5. Healthy Bones
Few months of running and I have noticed that my minor back & joint ache problem which I had, has disappeared.
Running helps to build strong bones and strengthens your lower body.
If you Can’t Run , Brisk walk but go out and get some sunshine 🙂
I Run like there’s a Hot guy ahead of Me and creepy one behind me 😉
