Fruit Me Up !

I loveeeeeeee fruits as it not only provides loads of health benefits but it’s also tasty and it helps to beat my midnight hunger pangs 🙂

I can literally survive by just eating fruits everyday without getting bored.

Mother Nature has been kind to us by providing different types of fruits in different colors and taste packed with antioxidants, fiber, vitamins, minerals and nutrients that help you live longer, look better and prevent as well as fight diseases.

Packed with punch; Fruits has multiple health benefits. It helps us in  detoxification, cleansing, weight loss and for healthy glowing skin.

Fruits are excellent source of vitamins and minerals, nutrients including potassium, fiber, vitamin A and C, iron and antioxidants.

People who eat fruits regularly have a reduced risk of chronic diseases. Including blueberries, citrus fruit,cranberries or strawberries which contain phytochemicals have added health benefits and is responsible for youthful skin.

Fruit can reduce risk of heart disease and stroke. Potassium in fruits may also reduce the risk of developing kidney stones and helps to decrease bone loss as you age.

Studies have shown that eating fruits regularly may protect against cancer.

One to 2 &1/2 cups of fruit are recommended each day, depending on the calories you need.

You can make your breakfast and meals interesting by adding it to your bowl of oats, salads, smoothies and even water for that extra zing.

So Next time you go to the supermarket don’t forget to add lot’s of fresh fruits to your cart 🙂
